  • Doctor’s recommended 30 minutes of moderate cardiovascular exercise most days a week.
  • Doctor’s also recommend strength building exercises (pushups, situps etc..) twice a week.
  • Exercise has been shown to not only prevent disease and control weight, but also improve mood and outlook.
  • Moderate exercise has shown to significantly reduce the mortality rate from all causes of participants.
  • Most of the health benefits from exercise are achieved from going from being sedentary to moderate exercise, increases in exercise beyond this have limited increased positive effect.
  • Getting moderate exercise (walking, jogging, biking) most days of the week is probably one of the most positive health interventions that you can make and has been strongly and positive correlated with greater well being on almost every level.
